Ay Chabela Snacks: Reviews & Ratings
Sooooo good!! After we tried the tosticeviche, mangonada and fresas delux, we had to return the next day to buy more. Not to talk about the agua de Jamaica and horchata. The service was amazing, everyone was so nice and caring. We are definitely going back
Love this authentic snack shop! All of the food was amazing and very well prepared. The owners are very kind and we will be going back! (Again and again and again!)
They really do it up here with portion and the vibes are on point. Nice place to try some unique snacks. I do wish they had a little higher quality chamoy though instead of the corn syrup heavy stuff. I'd definitely come back when in town though.
I went in for the first time today, super curious since I would see this little shop whenever I’d go to McDonald’s so thought I’d give it a try. Walked in and instantly was hit by a wave of color and charm :) the adorable wall art and comfy seating, instantly greeted by a sweet lady who was singing along to the background music haha. Took a look around the shop before I ordered to get a vibe of the place. The shop doesn’t just sell snacks and beverages, they are part eatery part boutique which I thought was cool and niche. The menu honestly had me stumped because I wanted to order EVERYTHING LMAO. I ended up ordering the torta (which was delish btw). Honestly the place seems like a cute and trendy spot to hang with friends and vibe in. Liked the atmosphere and energy. Liked it enough to write this review which I never do lol. 10/10. Def coming back :)
This place is DELICIOUS!! Very unique food, fruit, and desserts. Before I talk about my food, I have to mention how amazing the service was. It appears to be family owned, very friendly, answered all my questions, and explained every dish in great detail. The menu looks small, but there seems to be a lot of options and combinations you can create. First, the corn on the cob. Wow! Smothered in some kind of mayo cream spread with cojita cheese sticking all the way around and sprinkled with a wonderful spice seasoning. Best I've ever had. With the corn I had a large cup of ceviche. Big chunks of cold fresh shrimp, crisp cucumber, tomato, avocado, etc. A delicious sauce drizzle that i dont know what it was but darn good. I got a cucumber lime aqua fresca to wash it all down. I could tell it was made from scratch. The bottom of the cup had pieces of soft cucumber. Yum! Anyway, super excited about this new place. You gotta try it. I'll be back. Thanks Ay Chabela!
Absolutely love this place. Food is amazing, prices are great and great variety. They have jewelry, accessories and even clothes to purchase. They have a bunch of seating and even an area for kids to play which we love and use each time we go. I will say my daughter bought two labubus from there and they are lafufus. (Fakes) Boxes look unopened and original but the labubus are replaced with look a likes. Kind of bummed but she does still like them. Just wouldn’t have spent $30 a piece each on them. Still will return for the food and atsmophere!
Fresh food prepared right after it has been ordered. Food came out perfectly! The family enjoyed everything ! Great atmosphere! 10 out of 10 we recommend!
I went inside the store and was greeted with two employees that were very friendly and had a smile on their faces. Seems they enjoy their job. One employee was attending another couple and she was awesome on explaining every snack they had and how it's made, she knew her many perfectly.
